They get the order correct every time.
Can I give zero stars?! The one guy who i believe is a manager will only make food to the menued item even if you paid for the upcharge when using mobile app. So guess what if you want chicken instead of steak, well you get steak or you took off chipotle sauce and replaced it for another sauce guess you get chipotle sauce or you get a completely different item. And if you go in to and bring it to their attention, well now he is gonna argue with you about how it never said any of that. Then once you bring the order up and show him to his face he still won't pay attention to the fact that he made the item wrong and will again make it wrong and not to mention argue you with you more. Just makes me wonder on a scale of 1 to 10 how stoned the person was when they gave him that position. I can go out of town to any other Taco Bell and get food made accurately. It's this location that can't function because of this particular person to. Unfortunately I think most people just accept the wrong food because they don't want to deal with them and I get it. This worker very much clearly does not care. Also if I get handed the wrong food, whether it was made wrong or the person at the window messed up. It should be made right and the customers deserve an apology to. Going in, I'm very nice and I am patient with them, but they don't care about the customers. Some one should remind them that with out the customers showing up to buy food they wouldn't have a job. If everyone stopped going there, the doors would close.
Just went here 5 mins ago they really need to start drug testing these kids and adults that work here everytime I come here I smell marijuana and they look high and always messes up my orders who gets a taco with no meat cmin now DO BETTER
So I went to Taco Bell yesterday. I ordered what I normally order. I get to where I'm going, and I grab my food and I take a bite and it is not what I ordered. So I call Taco Bell, I am talking to the manager I tell her this is not what I ordered she then does this on the phone with me excuse me ma'am excuse me don't talk to me that way and hung up the phone. So the manager of this Taco Bell her name is Kayla. This is not the way you should run a restaurant. I didn't want my money back I honestly just wanted what I ordered. Instead she decided to be like this on the phone with me which led to other things. This manager needs to go.
So literally was there about 20 minutes ago, they refused to serve me because I had cracked a joke, now remind you. The person who was about to take my order had said a joke first so I followed up with one, and for that they denied me service, the manager who works night shift is not a customer friendly person, she most definitely hates her life and doesn't mind ruining others nights.
Ordered the Cantina bowl, & there were 2 pieces of chicken in it!
Coral is super nice and accommodating, great employee! Food was good as well.
Food is on par with any other Taco Bell, but service is bad, staff is usually gossiping/cursing loudly at times, orders are pretty much guaranteed to be wrong, and the dining area is regularly patronized by younger customers who are loud and obnoxious, with staff never correcting the behavior.
I don’t ever really leave negative reviews. And as always, I believe in chances. But for the past few days that I have been going. I have had terrible service, had food been sold to me that isn’t all the way cooked, and been sold a drink that has been out of syrup.
Today has been the worst of the worst. I called ahead to see if the drink I’ve been wanting has been fixed, and the lady responded rudely and didn’t answer my question. Then, when going to get my food. That same lady had a very poor attitude through the speaker, didn’t tell us our total or to pull up. When receiving my food, it was cold and not cooked. I’m used to having my cheese quesadillas not really cooked, but this was just shredded cheese with sauce.
Absolutely terrible service this evening. Worker was sick and throwing up in the bathroom. Missing 3 items out of our food. Went back through drive thru to get items and proceeded to wait 45 minutes stuck in line. Workers not wearing hats or hairnets. What a disgrace.

Forgot part of our order. Kiosk ordering takes forever. Expectations are never real high at TB, but this was bad.

There are definitely times where I would give 5 stars, but there are also so many times where I received the wrong order, had missing items, etc.
I honestly never leave reviews but I truly hope some of these recent ones are taken seriously and this worker is held accountable. I came back through the drive thru for an order that was made incorrectly as well as a missed drink. I was very understanding and kind about it as I could tell they were busy and stressed. None of them knew what their new menu box was called and I had to physically pulled up the app countless times as well as my receipt to let them know what was missed. (Which is totally fine. It was an easy fix and I was willing to be patient) The girl was VERY quick to be loud, corrective,hostile and slammed the window in my face as if us asking for NO sour cream (because of an allergy ) is difficult to correct as well as our missed drink. Now ,I know some customers are probably very difficult to deal with but I was not being argumentative or rude what so ever . I was understanding and appreciative that they were even getting our missed or messed up order corrected for us. One of the managers had apologized on her behalf but all the other workers had not been surprised on how she had acted. Especially in front of my child in the car who was confused and upset as to who she acted that way . I had told them I would make a report as I felt that it was misconduct on her end.

It's ok but the prices have gotten way too high. I don't like their new ordering kiosks . It's quicker to order at the counter. Food is ok
