It was ok. I always order online so it wasn’t too big of a deal for the ordering process for us, but an elderly couple walked in and stood at the counter to order and they were completely ignored. It wasn’t even very busy in the lobby or drive thru to warrant them being ignored. As always, some part of my food was missed. The food is good, it’s standard Taco Bell food, but the service is pretty terrible.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, for literally a nacho fry and two freezes. Granted there was someone in front of me, but maybe pull them ahead? Fries were COLD, and no cheese sauce. Smh.

Gave me the watery-est Agua refresca... for the ridiculous price you charge, I don't know how your employees can't be bothered to apply full pressure on your freaking syrup pump. Have not been impressed with this location.

I ate here a couple of weeks ago.

The avocado chicken wrap was fire. However I also got a crunch wrap supreme which was what I was really looking forward to.

It was the saddest thing I had ever eaten. I should have called it in but we were home and it was a long day.

There was basically nothing inside of it. Nearly no meat, veggies, or sauce/cheese, I'm not over exaggerating, I'm being literally. Basically all tortilla shell and crunch, with nacho cheese in about 1/4 of it.

The person that took my order and served me was great though.

Horrible I asked for chicken instead of ground beef for the supreme meal . Then they were also out of certain kinds of drinks. Plus the cashier at window was rude and so was the manager on duty .

This is one of the few Taco Bell locations that I'll patron. I only eat the vegetarian options so I can't speak to the meat here, but the beans always taste good and the lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. That's a long cry from most locations. When I'm craving a Chalupa Supreme sub meat for beans, this is the place I'm going. Thanks y'all!

To be honest I come here more than I should but it’s really good especially for the price I love the $3 burritos, along with the good food is the Great Service and I mean that. I have never come into this Taco Bell or gone through the drive thru and have a bad experience even if they are swamped with like a whole group of kids at 10pm they still keep up the great service.

Idk his last name but Collin needs a raise and/or a promotion, while we were there another customer also thanked Collin specifically for working so hard while the other workers were just kind of walking aimlessly at times even. Collin was going literally a mile a minute the whole time and at the end we were waiting for a refresca that the other worker was supposed to make and told twice that we heard, and then Collin reviewed my order without me even asking and got the refresca himself even though he was in the middle of making an order! Truly just make sure yall are rewarding your best workers 100% … The other worker also snapped at the customer before us that had thanked Collin bc he felt called out that he wasn’t keeping up and then talked horribly about her when she left! I don’t know the other guys name.

Got my supper home and took 2 bites of my crunchwrap to find a plastic lid from sour cream container in my crunchwrap called back in asked for a manager a guy told me it was him I told him what happened and his answer was I didn't see it in the crunchwrap I told him I'm not eating my other food he said I insure you nothing is in your other food so I asked how he could say that if he didn't know the lid was already in there and him being a manager got mad and passed the call off to a female were we had same talk and all I got was we can remake it I refused and said I'm never coming back what else are they dropping in food this is not OK this is a food safety issue with no management doing there job

i came through the drive thru earlier around 6:30 pm, i had a pickup order and not only did they sound rude, but i asked for a drink carrier since i had a somewhat large order and the girl (i think her name was raven, she had purple hair) at the drive thru window gave me a dirty look for asking. service was terrible and they even got the order wrong. they put lettuce on the tacos when specifically asking for no lettuce as well as putting chipotle sauce on the burrito that i had removed because i don’t like it.
