We looked at the hrs on the window from the car & it said 10:30 to 8:00 Mon to Sat & 11:30 to 7:00 Sun. walked to door a small red sign said it closes at 4:00 pm it was 3:30 now. we hesitated to walk in but we did & one of the guys behind the counter was (not) happy with us coming in. He had long dark hair. I asked, am I bothering you? I mean do you have the time to serve me & my wife? He said yeah i guess. I was ready to leave! So not knowing any of the menu. We ordered ham/cheese. thinking that’s fast oh a soup/soda 1 pc. pie $33.00 Donna was very pleasant. She wanted to go there for a long time. The old guy was very welcoming. The clean, cut guy behind the counter and the long-haired guy. Both acted like they were forced to work there. I will never eat there again ! The food was good The price prices were high. The service sucked !!! 8 more people came in after we did. You can eat there if you like.
Parking: The parking stripes on the Square are so narrow no one parks in their parking space. It is very hard to park on the Square as the parking lines are too narrow. It would work great for a small compact car or a motorcycle but anything such as a minivan or any vehicle such as a jeep. It’s hard to park there, especially for a pick up truck. The parking spaces are way too narrow for a full-size vehicle.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, I do believe if you want a place to take your kids they can run around throughout the restaurant. There is lots of room. All smooth hardwood floors. The tables are spaced quite well and yes, it is a great place for kids ! You can see the front door and the counter runs all along one side of the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this is very much wheelchair accessible. There is no ramps. It is a smooth entrance through the one front door. This is not double doors. It is not a power doors

We ate in store. The employees just plopped the food on the table, only telling us what the food was when asked. We weren't sure what was what. The hot sandwiches were cold, and the soups were thick and cold. This is a depressingly expensive sub shop that somehow has worse quality ingredients and service than Subways. The cup of water I got had black specks throughout it, so I doubt they ever clean anything in the store. The whole building smelled of urine, more so than the dog kennel I work at. The hot sandwiches were cold, and the sandwiches were mainly bread. No one finished their food as the gnats crawled through it. This place is wholy disgusting. I didn't think that it was possible to make me wish for Subway. I recommend going literally anywhere else than this nightmare restaurant. Find a place that cares about what they serve you. RUN AWAY!

Yowzer - customer service needs major work. Had questions about a couple of menu items, met with blank stares and inadequate answers. Worse yet, a vegetarian in our party ordered the large veggie sandwich on ciabatta. Description says provolone cheese. As an experienced vegetarian having ordered 100’s of veggie sandwiches, typically you’d expect a full piece of cheese, even double cheese. Well, we got no cheese. When asking for the slice of cheese, we were provided with a sad lonely half slice of provolone. Picture included. Feeling silly for having to approach the counter for a second time, I said I don’t want to be rude, preceded to show the sandwich and asked if we were maybe missing half of the slice to cover the full sandwich? …. More blank stares until she said “this is how it’s made” - yikes. Offered to pay for another half a piece cheese. ”I’ll just make you a new one” … no no, not necessary… just looking for a full piece of cheese. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I went in to order a specific flavor of shake. There were 2 young women at the counter. When I ordered it, one of them responded that that flavor was unavailable. I asked if they could recommend a flavor close to the one I wanted. They both just stood there, not saying a word. After an awkward moment of silence, I left without ordering anything.

You HAVE to train your staff better. When placing our order the counter person has literally ZERO training. It was as if you literally pulled a teenager off the street and told them to just wing it! When asked a couple questions about what comes on your subs they were a bit stumped. Another employee came over to help and said you can put any of the listed toppings on your "burger".. burger? I thought I was ordering a sub? Then I asked what kind of soda you have.. I was told "I think cherry coke, but not totally sure, the soda machine is way down there." Ummm.. what in the actual hell? Having never once stepping foot in your establishment before, I could have done a much better job at the counter just winging it. My non-burger sub was pretty good. Service was painful to say the least. Then when making payment I'm presented with a tip amount. Come on! If a tip was based on that ordering experience you should be tipping me for enduring it. I love to support local small businesses so I do wish you luck.

Not what it used to be!. Soup was cold. The order taker was obviously annoyed that we were there. We felt rushed. Our daughter who worked here under the previous owner was shocked at everything that had changed for the worse.

The potato was obviously microwaved but only the edges of it were hard. There didn't seem to be any Alfredo sauce in my "chicken Alfredo" either. Tasted fine, just had some hard edges and no Alfredo sauce. Seemed to take a long time for the food to be ready given it was microwaved.
