I ordered a fully customizable cake with two borders and a message. The message was correctly written, but only took up a tiny section of the cake. I would expect the message to take up most of the cake since i didn't add flowers/balloons/other decorations on the top. Their boxes are also bulky and cumbersome (and they don't have a top window), and the frosting ended up touching the box before I was able to get it home. Disappointed in the decoration and delivery of this cake.
