Loved the barbeque, and our server was absolutely fantastic! Had the burnt ends, chicken wings, mac and cheese, beans, and cornbread. And they were all perfectly done. Tasty beyond words. The beer selection is good. And others in our party had drinks and other food items. All raved about the food. Really hope to make it back there again soon.

Our server Allen was exceptional! What a great personality!! He did a great job at explaining the food options and they tasted as good as he described. He really made us feel like valued customers, almost like family. He's a real gem. So glad we tried Smokin' Oak BBQ and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Montello. I love good barbecue, and after driving by several times and smelling the smoke, we finally got a chance to stop and try the food. We ordered a half rack of ribs, baked beans, mac & cheese w/cornbread. The ribs were great. The sides could use a little tweaking but were good, and the cornbread was very good. Definitely worth the time. Very nice inside, and our waiter was excellent, we will definitely be back to try the brisket and pulled chicken/pork.

We were seated immediately, very pleasant staff and music, great seating options, and the food is exceptional and the prices are fair! Will absolutely be eating here again! Best ribs I've ever had, and my husband said the same thing about his prime rib!! Will reccomend to ANYONE!!

Fantastic! Fantastic! Everything was great. Shrimp appetizer - yum. Brisket, ribs, sausage were delicious. Cornbread so moist. And the chicken - wow! We will definitely be back. They accommodated our party of 12 with great great service on the 4th of July!

We started our Saturday off with a kayak trip through Mecan outfitters (great!) & ended with the perfect comfort food @ Smokin’ Oak!! (Highly recommend IN that order!) HOMEMADE sauces & Mac’n’cheese with brisket… 🤤🔥 need I say more! The friendliest staff who truly want you to enjoy your food & drink… stop in hungry ❤️
