The Pink Heifer Saloon & Smokehouse was a super cool experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The jail cell tables are amazing.

We were hoping for Prime Rib. We didn’t know it is only served the 4th Saturday of the month and you definitely need reservations. Good to know!

Ben had the brisket egg rolls. He liked them. The chicken tortilla soup was really good. We both had brisket and we were happy. It was tender and had great flavor. The Mac & Cheese wasn’t our favorite.

The food came out super fast. That’s a great thing and much appreciated but it did have a pre-made feel verses being fresh. Nothing was piping hot just luke warm.

We will definitely back and give the prime rib a try.

This is truly unique, we stopped in late on a Sunday afternoon. We had brisket sandwich and the hamburger. Both were delicious. We will be back.

I had placed the large family meal order online that was easy to do as a pick up. Great service by all staff. I did wait extra time, but I figured I would as it began to be busy. I can't say enough how delicious it all was! Thank you!

Arrived promptly at 12 on a Sunday, doors were open and the staff was prepared and ready to serve. The service was very good, and the food was excellent. Items ordered matched expectations according to the menu and portions were perfect. I would very much recommend a visit, and will likely go back. Excellent job by the staff.

Don’t go on Mother’s day. Food was good, when it was there. No plates, had to stand in line for plates, then stand in line for food and sit a few rooms away where there was no air conditioning. Great that they were busy, reservations only, they knew how many were coming and still were not prepared. We’ll try it again, but never on a special day again.

We ordered a carry out smoked chicken. It was absolutely delicious! We have also eaten in the restaurant a few times, food and service has always been top notch!

They do everything possible to make your dining experience the very best!

Meats and entrees were delicious, appetizers and drinks were delicious, but your side dish of Elotes was a bland can of corn mixed with a couple of peppers and no flavor. What a disservice to the amazingly flavorful dish Elotes really is, I would suggest you actually look at an elotes recipe and adjust your recipe or take it off your menu, because what you serve as Elotes is definitely NOT Elotes

Very nice decor, not what we expected. Would like to try again on the last Sat of the month for prime rib special. Brisket sandwich was just ok.

My husband found this place, and we decided to check it out one weekend. The service was great. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great, they had live music when we went. The food was delicious. Make sure to order the brisket, its some of the best brisket I have ever had. It makes sense why they sell out of it so quickly. One of the best BBQ places I have had in a while. We will definitely keep this place in our rotation.
