Very slow, albeit no one was around, only 1 person working, she acted impatient with me like I was holding her up from doing something. Not rude really, just like it would have been nice if I hadn't shown up.
We booked 2 nights to visit family, extended our stay an additional two nights, and would stay here again. The lobby, halls, and our room smelled just fine. We chose a 2nd level room, fully aware that there are no stairs: no problem for us. The room was quiet . We enjoyed being able to open the window and there was a bird feeder directly below so we were delighted with much bird activity several mornings, except of course when the lawn was getting mowed. AC & heat worked well....
Room had a few somewhat minor cleanliness and maintenence issues—the bathroom door not latching, some specs in the microwave and mini-fridge, air filters in the PTAC being a bit dusty, and one of the light bulbs for the lamp between the beds being burned out. WiFi was also a little slow, but not terrible. Everything else however was clean, the view of the Interstate and airport nearby out the window was nice, and the soundproofing was excellent.
