This was not my first experience at Hammerdown, I always loved going there, but this experience was very different than what I usually got. It was so cold in there, my feet were numb, we had to put our jackets back on and the food cooled down way to fast. I ordered an old fashioned, that I thought was a bit more expensive than other places, at $9.50, and they were out of mushrooms so I didn't get anything in my drink. They raised the price of the chicken dinner a dollar,...
I'm not a bar scene person the atmosphere is okay if the music is not blaring and therefore the 3 star for atmosphere. I love the food and the price for the pocket book. Hamburgers; you're not wondering where the beef is, Friday fish fry is also excellent and abundant plate of food, Jalapeno poppers are now my new favorite.
