“I went here on accident, I had done a mobile order but arrived at the wrong location. When me and the cashier and manager figured that out, I believe it was the manager but whoever it was corrected the error I made and had the order canceled at the wrong restaurant and they immediately made my order. This woman was so professional and kind. We talked for a moment while I was waiting for my food. She is great for your customer service and handles everything effortlessly.
All of our food orders were correct and delicious.
That awesome lady really took the spotlight for our visit and I am glad to have stopped here. Thank you for having us!“

“We have exceptional customer service from employee Mike Hale. He was friendly and made your average visit to Culver’s a little more personal. Also, the young man running food went out of his way to hold the door open for us as we entered the building. Best Culver’s in the area“
