Fantastic food and plenty of it. For a small town bar would think you were being served at grandma's. You can get your fill for less than $20. Half that without the beers. Its a favorite stop for sure.
Happened to stop in on a Friday night in January. Had the pleasure of having their all you can eat fried cod. FANTASTIC!! Service was fast and very friendly. I saw the owner out shootin the breeze with some customers, too. My girlfriend and I, although it was our first time here, felt right at ‘home’ HIGHLY recommend
Kid-friendliness: Everyone is really polite. 1 day my son went in to buy a 12 pack of root beer & some nice lady asked him if it was OK if she paid for it for him. He had enough money for it but she insisted in paying 4 it cuz she wanted 2 use some of her winnings 2 also help someone out & said he could than save his $ 4 another day! We know the bartender well & she made sure 2 let us know that the lady was really nice & was harmless think that's what was...
