Chef Kayla’s meals are delicious and helping me stay on plan with zero negative impact on my blood sugars . As a type I diabetic for over 20 years I can say this is such a personal win! I am actually excited to meet with my endocrinologist this month to see the results of my A1C!
A nice variety of foods that meet the needs of a Leto lifestyle, but that are INCREDIBLY satisfying! I specifically order things I would not normally make, love them! This is the pizza with spinach, shrooms, onion, @ feta.
