Jose's has no loyalty to its outstanding employees. The main reason my family and I eat here week after week is because 2 of their waitresses are outstanding and take care of us. When they don't serve us and others do, food arrives cold, service is slow, it's overall not a great experience. I recently learned they fired one of our favorite waitresses without investigation, one with 22 years of service with Jose's. Delicious food and drinks. We come here all the time. Staff very friendly, including manager Jose! Always a good experience :)
I was eager to eat here since it had been a while. However, the cheese on top of my enchiladas was hard and tasted over cooked. The red sauce wasn’t spicy at all (it was almost sweet). My cheese enchilada was over cooked as well, the cheese in the middle wasn’t gooey. The only good part about mine was the rice and beans, and even those were mediocre.
