Had dinner here last night for a birthday celebration. Food was good, but very surprised how long it took to receive our food. It was close to 45 minutes and all that was brought out during that time was the 1 salad and biscuits. Birthday celebrant had 2 biscuits and was not very hungry when the meal came. Some of the shrimp items were cool and some were warmer. Just wonder the process in the kitchen with preparation. Server does not bring the food out, someone else does. Always liked Red Lobster's food, but not too impressed with this visit.Parking: Handicap parking right in front of door.

Came here for my birthday dinner, had a reservation made ahead of time, and have been waiting for over an hour and a half to get our drinks, biscuits, and took a ridiculous amount of time to put our order in. The service here has dropped terribly. I will definitely not be coming back here anytime soon until the quality in service improves. It's literally dead inside, I could only imagine how terrible it gets here when it's busy. If I had known the service here was this bad, I would've chosen somewhere else to eat. I don't recommend dining here anytime soon. Service here was so terrible I was about walk out. Thanks for a terrible dining experience.

My Surf and Turf meal was ruined, because the “medium steak” that I ordered came out extremely well done. By the time the replacement came, I’d finished the rest of the meal, so I asked for a takeout box and a few biscuits to have with it. The male manager told me I could have one more biscuit, and brought me one overcooked, cold biscuit. I was never offered a discount for the ruined meal, just a cold shoulder, and a plastic bag. This manager could learn something about courtesy, and good customer service from the young lady, who served me, because she was excellent!While I love the current menu, I doubt that I eat at this restaurant again any time soon.Unfortunately I lost one of the stems from my eye glasses at the restaurant, which is the last place I used them. When I called the restaurant, I was told that it was probably thrown in the trash! A customer’s lost item will be put in the trash! ? Horrible!!!POST NOTE:Thank you to the owners of this Red Lobster Restaurant, who reached out to me about my disappointing lunch experience.Their concern means a lot, and is appreciated. I’ll, definitely, visit again to try some more of that sumptuous menu!Again, Thank you guys!

I ordered a family meal to go and they left out the baked potatoes. They also gave a small container of broccoli and the Alfredo was soupy. Called the store they said they would refund me for the potatoes and a little something extra for the inconvenience. They didn't do absolutely nothing. I wrote customer service and nothing there either. A waste of $185.

If you go at a slow time, it likely works out... but, if it is even remotely busy, move on. My last attempt was when the seating was under half full, but apparently, they were understaffed (though they didn'tindicate any problem directly). They quoted us 20 to 25 minutes to get a table and then just left us hanging with no updates from the front desk person who either was incompetent or simply didn't care, and he was not remotely friendly when I checked back after 30 minutes. Massive turnoff. After 50 minutes of waiting with no updates, we left and got immediate seating at the closest steak restaurant instead. It was supposed to be my daughter's birthday celebration and they wasted an hour of our time with zero caring... on a Thursday night. So uncool.

I have not been to Red Lobster in over 20 years. I was turned off because I thought it was not very clean (Gurner Mills). We rec’d a gift card and decided to celebrate my son’s 23rd bday at the Racine location. Very nice and service was great.The food was excellent (I ordered the Ultimate all you can eat shrimp - the garlic butter shrimp scampi was ?- my husband wouldn’t stop eating from my plate). My son had the Maple bacon chicken and he thought it was delicious.Husband had the surf & Turf.I had a bite of the lobster and I have to say it was just as tasty as the lobster I’ve had at Gibsons in Chicago.The stars of the night was our server, Javon, and the Manager, Marie. They were both awesome, on point and made our experience even better.One thing corporate could do is list the prices of the alcohol drinks on the menu.It is really not time efficient to have the server responsible.We will definitely go back!!!

We stopped in for a late lunch. They were serving the shrimp special. The restaurant was not very busy, but a few of the tables were in need of cleaning.They may have let some of their staff go early. The service was a little slow. The Shrimp was very good.
