“Honest to goodness, the staffing ya'll had working tonight was amazing. There was a mix up with three similar names on orders, and it was a busy Saturday (I worked foodservice a while ago, so I completely get it.)

Explained the situation, and immediately got a positive resolution. They fixed me up with some free brownies and extra food for driving over to pick up my corrected order.

Please, recognize your staff, and make sure they don't change. It was a great experience from an honest mistake.“
