Customer service and staff are really really nice. No complaints at all if you have trouble getting through there a small place for pick up and delivery in carry out so just keep trying they’re worth every second..“

“It's crazy this place got so many bad reviews! I have been coming to pick up my pizza here because the one by my house disappointed me often enough I gave up. I've only ever ordered late when getting home too late to cook and everything is so perfect. High fives all around. The manager on duty even called to tell me something was out of stock that didn't show up when I ordered online and did what he could to keep me pleased. You guys are my late night dinner savior. “We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “Hellos. I was at little Caesars on Sunday May 17th around 8:45 pm. I had the pleasure of meeting two young lady's there. I didn't catch there names??They were so awesome so polite. With a big smile on both of them they said how are you doing. What would you like. Just do nice. They have a future for them with there attitudes. Iam not telling you the owner what to do but you take care of them. And on top of it they said hope to see you again. I left a massive tip for them better then a 5 star restaurant. They said no way you take back. I went inside to get the pizza and left something nice tip. Then I said wait a minute to myself. So turned around went threw drive threw and left another one. They were not going to take it. I said people who treat people well will always get rewarded. And they were closing. That place was spotless. And to top it off that pizza was the best little Caesars I ever had no joke.“

“I order from this location often. Sometime I pick up some time I Uber Eats. The chicken is made really fresh and the fries are tasty. The 30 for 30 deal was more the enough wings. This is my go to location. Parking is kind of hard to find but eventually you’ll find parking. Staff is very friendly“

“Got there around 1pm, buffet was open till 1:30. Wasn’t alot of selection out but the lady working I assume was the manager, made an individual pan of pasta for us and baked a pizza we requested. There were only 2 other people eating when we got there. The salad bar everything was fresh. She informed us they did the buffet also on Wednesday night. It was a 25 minute drive for us to get there.“

“Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.“

As a native New Yorker, I don't say this lightly — this pizza absolutely rocked and delivered on every level

Im originally from the area and was visiting family and wanted to treat everyone to pizza, and this place exceeded expectations. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce was well-balanced, and the cheese-to-topping ratio was spot on.

Special shout out to EILEEN, who handled our delivery. It was dinner rush hour, always a chaotic time for any pizza place, and I had a specific time window I needed the pizza to arrive for our gathering. She took the time to make sure it showed up exactly when I needed it, hot and fresh, despite what I'm sure was a packed delivery schedule. That kind of care and attention during the busiest part of the night doesn't go unnoticed — it's the difference between a good experience and a great one.

Between the quality of the pizza and the outstanding service, this is now my go-to when Im back in town and highly recommend it for anyone in the area.“
