The Elegant Farmer Reviews
My wife and I don't get here often but we do love the pies and other bakery that we purchase.
Unfortunately we stopped Saturday march 8th 2025 and bought a lemon poppy seed muffin and when we opened it the next day for breakfast it was dried out. this is the first and only time we were disappointed with something we bought.
We ate it with a cup of hot coffee and the flavor was great.
We will be back again and I'm sure what we purchase will be awesome!
We love the Elegant farmer and shop there often! We enjoy most of their products! I am begging and pleading that they change the instructions on the pies you buy frozen. They don't include a desired internal temp for when you can call the pie "done" or cooked to desirable pie eating texture. I so badly was craving a delicious warm apple pie so we purchased the frozen one. I cooked at the temp recommended for an hour and it was only 70° inside, so I put it back in, for how long?...read full review
Always something new and fun. Love the coffee selection and bakery!

The Elegant Farmer is a popular destination for its wide variety of goods and charming farm/barn themed atmosphere. It offers cheese, meats, coffee, bakery items such as hand-sized cookies and pies, including their famous apple pie baked in a bag. The store has a very wide variety of products, including fresh food, sauces, dip and dessert mixes, popcorn, and several other items. Visitors can find fruits, vegetables, jams & jellies, candy, nuts, sausage, and more. The bakery smells delicious, especially when baking apple pie in a bag, which many find irresistible. All products, especially fruits and meats, are fresh. The coffee beans are highly recommended for their aroma and flavor, with choices like Colombian and Jamaica. Prices are on the higher side, and while service is decent, interaction is minimal. Visitors often leave with a cart full of goodies, and the place is fun to explore whether shopping or just looking around. Despite mixed reviews on the apple pie, the diverse selection makes The Elegant Farmer worth a visit.
