Hard to go wrong with Baskin Robins ice cream. Flavors were delicious, and the waffle cone is one of the best I've had. The woman who served me was friendly and had good customer service skills. I'm giving atmosphere a 3 because it's the same as any other modern chain. It's like a hospital inside with all the white.

We waited in the drive through for about seven minutes trying to give our order. We said hello? And were told they'd be right with us. No one else was in line. We decided to just leave after no one came back.

Great place! Staff are friendly, generous with portions, and patient with customers. It doesn't have all 31 classic flavors—usually just a selection of about 16 flavors-or-so—but it's real Baskin-Robins and tastes yummy!

Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Got two scoops in a dish. These were big scoops. 1st scoop was about as big as the cup. 2nd scoop was just as big. Definitely coming back.

Went there at 3:30 on a Sunday and the building was open but no one was there. We waited 5 minutes, called hello, called the building but no workers. A drive thru headset was on the table outside so my guess they quit and never came back!

The employees are very nice, building very clean. But they're advertising flavors they don't have? Makes no sense and so frustrating. Drive here specifically for the dairy free chocolate mint, see it advertised on their menu, but they don't have it. As someone with such limited options, it has really annoyed me to the point we probably won't return.

Terrible service…. Waited over 45 minutes tonight for a 5 item order & in the end only left with 4 items. My Oreo layered sundae the staff didn’t even know how to make.. & left me waiting there until I eventually left. ?Disappointing when you are craving sweets & want to take the kids out for ice cream ? but end up just wasting your time and money.
