My friend and I opted to try Pops Pub for a Friday afternoon lunch. I was happy to see several tables full as it's a little off the main track and many Muskego restaurants have failed.I'm hoping this one sticks around as the brisket sandwich we both had was terrific and the service was outstanding! Fantastic food and service! We visited Pop's last weekend for a bridal shower, the place was chosen because it had the best BBQ in the Milwaukee area we were told. I am from southern Ohio and I was a little skeptical so I was not expecting our experience. They started out serving smoked pork belly (one of my favorite little sins).
