But the place was empty, so I was thinking this isn't going to go well. I ordered the brisket and was shocked when they brought this big plate of it. I was even more shocked when it fell apart when I hit with my fork. Then I tasted it and went to heaven. Juicy, tender and a flavorful black pepper rub. Amazingly well done. I'll be back!“
