I spent almost $20 on cheese curds so burnt most didn't have cheese in them. I had 5 dipping sauces out of 5 I ordered missing. I didn't get the cheese I added on to my sandwich. The chicken was so overdone I peeled off the rock hard part I couldn't bite through. I'm not even someone who is difficult to please when it comes to sandwiches but this was a waste of $50.

Every single time we order online and schedule the food for pick it’s never ready when we get there and we give them plenty of time to have the food prepared. We get cousins nearly every Monday and every time they make us wait an additional 10-20 min after giving them 30 plus min to prepare!!! DO BETTER!!!

Worste place i ever ate in my entire life..they didn't have spinach. They didn't have black olives,and they were rude and very expensive for low quality food and service.everyone should go to subway instead

Julianne M cannot listen to instructions face-to-face. End of her shift and she phoned it in. Whole chicken cheddar deluxe, no onions. That turned into a half order, had to re-order and told her "same thing, chicken cheddar deluxe no onions". She didn't listen. It's 2PM and face-to-face, it's not difficult stuff.
Will not be returning. There's other Cousins Sub locations that haven't screwed up like this.

I’ve always had a good experience when going into this location however I just had a very poor experience when using the delivery service. I paid extra for cheese which was not added, and the sandwich was extra sloppy and soggy. Yes I understand if it is being delivered it may not be as fresh, but I only live less than five minutes away and am homebound at this time which is why I ordered delivery. Definitely disappointing.

You have got to be joking, a 6in sub with tuna and lettuce. Maybe a scoop of tuna spread over 6ins and limp lettuce from yesterday on Italian bread, then you charge extra for chips and soda $12 and change!
