I’ve had a few little glitches with my orders, but this place is super busy and run by lots of young kids. The general manager, Nate, is awesome. He displays professionalism and great customer service always with a smile.

-45minutes in drive thru
- get to pay, cashier isn’t sure how to use cash register.
- get handed the wrong drinks, I returned them
-pulled forward and after 30 more minutes I went in and my order was just sitting on the table, cold and ice cream melted.

Wth I asked for no tomato and I didn’t get a tomato but my bun too is missing? They were out of chocolate milk and onion rings and obviously bun tops!
I try not to go to this Culver’s because of the incompetent staff and hearing the inappropriate conversations while dining or the fact that it takes forever to get your food but this was the icing on the cake!
