I have severe tree nut allergies. Twice now we have asked for my food to be bagged separately and twice it has not been done. I had a reaction last time and wanted to try again because I love Culver’s, but I am disappointed at the lack of care, attention, and risk.

Food is always great. Service is always average at best. Close early a lot, so you can't plan on them being open in the evening to get ice cream. Not sure what the deal is with that, but it sure is frustrating and annoying. If you want anything past 7pm I would go elsewhere.

I had accidentally placed an order at this location, but I work an hour away. I had called the Muskego location to explain what happened and to cancel the order within a couple minutes of placing it. I received nothing but attitude with the girl that answered..found out she was one of the managers, i was shocked. She was even very snotty when answering the phone in the first place. She told me that she will throw away my food but still have to be charged 20 dollars that I spent!! Are you kidding me?? She could have at least acted professional and had some class. I said absolutely not you are not keeping my 20 dollars. I asked my husband if he could go pick it up since it would only be 30 min away for him. My husband then called this Culvers back and the same girl answered. She got angry with him right away and he asked to speak to a different manager. We heard them talk crap about us and the second manager got on the phone and was juat as rude and condescending. She then said she would remake the food when we got there. What's the difference?? You're out the food then. Just ridiculous. After having to get extreme they said they would refund it, but not without being condescending. I will never support this franchise. Hire better people or teach better customer service. Could have at least been pleasant!

The frozen custard was delicious! I had a bit of a tough time eating my burger though. The patty was over-smashed, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy. I think the cooks could improve their skills and meet Culver’s standards. They should definitely focus on serving good food to their customers and work on making orders more accurate. 6.5/10
I should have known better to look in the bag Before I left the drive through. How do you sell a three piece fish dinner And not give your customers any tartar sauce. Course i'm all the way home. Is so irritating. I shouldn't have to check my bag.You should check it before you bring it to me.

Been years since I visited this Culver's. This location has a new dining area - more spacious and open now (Manager Kristie said they just reopened, following the remodel about a week ago). The burger was fresh, custard smooth and creamy, fries were tasty. Culver's quality makes it worth the vist vs lesser fast food operations. I had the single patty, Bacon Deluxe, Krinkle fries and I subbed out a small Concrete Snickers Swirl mixer (instead of drink). All elements of the meal are quite good. The staff was friendly and courteous. A nice place to visit for lunch, dinner or a custard treat.
Vegetarian options: There are salads and other options.
