My son placed an order thru door dash and when we received our order 2 out of the 3 pizzas were incorrect and I was missing some sauces…my son filed a claim thru door dash only to be denied a refund…I contacted the actual restaurant and spoke to Melissa the manager and she was awesome…she was nice, professional, and understanding of the situation…she was unable to refund us as well, but put us down for a free redo of the order that was incorrect…called New Year’s Eve...
I have only gone to this location a few times since it has opened. That is now gonna change. I went there today and was greeted by Kyle and then later by Melissa (Manager). Their customer service is impeccable. I will never hesitate to purchase from this location again. Thank you both and keep up the great attitudes!
We had a very pleasant experience!! We hit the drive thru for quick fix and our food was hot and ready!!! We we're greeted with a smile and happy holiday cheer. A million times better than the one on 76th!! I made a vow that I will never step foot in that place again!!
