Original - Would be 6 stars if possible. Absolutely outstanding little bar/restaurant serving the best smoked meats in the area. Started by sharing the smoked pork belly. Crispy, juicy, tender and flavorful. Perfect size for 2 people. Followed up with orders of smoked pork, smoked brisket (both with the recommended bbq sauces) and 2 different flavors of wings, the Carolina mustard, and Alabama white (slight horseradish flavor, not overpowering). At a loss to describe exactly how good everything was. Smoked to perfection. So good you could actually enjoy the meat with no sauce at all, if you wished. The guy working the bar and serving us our food, Jesse, was awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Took time to explain the recent menu revamp to us and make suggestions for the food. Potosi cave ale on tap, which was all I needed to know! Plenty of off street parking outside. All in all, a first class food experience that the wife and I will be in a hurry to repeat.

Waitress/ bartender was so amazing. Very kind and tentative. She went over the different sides and sauces that were available. She was also super kind to the others sitting at the bar. Very good atmosphere.
Ordered a burger and per the menu all burgers come medium. This one was well done and was super hot in the center. Almost tasted like it was microwaved then served. Will try again in summer when it’s busy. Rather than in winter when it’s slow and food isn’t as fresh.
We stopped by after looking at rescue dogs down the street and we’re so happy that we came in. Let’s just start off with the fact that everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The owner Mark and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The food was delicious, especially the cheese curds and the pizza. We also had the chance to play bingo and even invited a random couple to join us since it definitely got packed. I’m happy to say that my wife and our kids will be back for bingo and to support a local business like this. Highly recommend this place if you want a Wisconsin staple bar. Thanks 💛
