My bag was missing the chicken that we paid for. We were already home with screaming children so driving back wasn’t a great option. Disappointed.

This McDonald's screws up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME we try to go there. My husband and I drive to a different one further away so that our order doesn't get messed up. There's always teenagers working there and they barely say anything or greet the customers. I'm not one to stereotype about teenagers being horrible workers and such but this place is why those stereotypes exist...my advice, go the McDonald's in Hales Corners if you want a correct order and better service, not here.

You and your staff are absolute trash. If you can’t understand simple English and tasks, don’t do the work every single time I go there my order is messed up. Missing items, wrong items and just plain ignorance when trying to get it resolved. This store needs new management. Also, you do not need more money to do this job. It takes 1 brain cell to listen and take an order correctly and seems they don’t have them to begin with.
They gave the Mc onion, my Big Mac was more onion than burger.
Went to the drive thru. They promptly took the order. Then it started. The cashier guy had a sly smile, there was someone sitting behind him and staring at our car. I haven’t seen that anywhere else, he was just sitting there and peering into the inside of our car with a snicker. What was that? I guess he gets paid to just sit there and sneer at customers.
Then onto the pickup window. Guy didn’t greet us, just threw the food, didn’t respond to our thank you, closed the window. That’s it. Wonderful experience, keeps you wanting to come back for more.
This one is getting worse. I got home on time, I was short a sandwich so I had to go back to get it and seems they had an attitude about it. Now today I ordered a quarter pounder/cheese with bacon. Got home and no bacon! Can't get anything right there. AND it wasn't even busy and they STILL can't get it right. At least at Culver's I am satisfied.

How is it that I waited for more than 10 minutes past the drive-through line while five people behind me left with their food I have to go inside to get my food out of the drive-through. Service is really starting to lack

I visited this McDonald's about a year ago and I stopped coming here from that experience..I could see that improvements still have NOT been made. I'm not sure what the deal is, perhaps management just doesn't care that the customers have bad experiences.
Kids play area very dirty. Order was in complete
Just got back to the house from McDonald's. Ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes and a hotcakes and sausage breakfast. No sausage in either meal. Last time got my niece a 6 piece nugget happy meal. Got home and there were no nuggets. Instead a cookie in the nugget container. Honestly is this job that hard?!
