I know you don't care. You are a big corporation. You worship the dollar not the customer. But I just want you to know you have lost a customer. Thanks to a winey voiced pathetic "manager" who needs to learn about customer service and not passing the buck. I waited ten minutes past my delivery orders due time. Then I had to call them!
