Best customer service in the area! I left my card they made sure to get it back to me in the same day !they weren’t mean about the fact that we had a big order ,where other places have been (sorry not sorry we have a big family) they got our order right and it was still hot to eat!!!
The lady who took our order apparently hates her job and was incredibly rude. I did not catch her name but I wish I would have. Ordered a half pound roast beef and received maybe a classic. Ordered a Andes mint shake without whipped cream which apparently means no chocolate or mints in it too that is what the lady told me after she gave me one with mints on it but had whipped cream so she had to make a new one and never once said sorry or anything. Order a max roast beef with cheddar sauce added to it and a large coke. In return I get a max roast beef no cheese and a Diet Coke. I go back to get the sandwhich fixed because I don’t mind diet soda and the shift manager gives me a cup of cheese to add to the sandwhich. I’m sorry this is horrible customer service. Expecting the customer to fix you screw up.
