I manage the “Johnny Vapes” store down the road from you guys, and I always place a mobile order in the morning before your store is opened up for the day. Jimmy John's in Neenah is, well, just another Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are what you expect, nothing amazing, nothing terrible. But what really stood out was a negative experience I had with one of their delivery drivers.
This driver was aggressively tailgating me on a 30 mph road, then proceeded to flip me off and attempt to pass me in a no-passing zone! Thankfully, oncoming traffic prevented a potentially dangerous situation.

I just revisited this location and they redeemed themselves; everything went smooth, and it was good.
