I usually am not one to complain however, I feel let down. I usually order here every week and it's typically great. But today I ordered a white chocolate mocha and got something peppermint. I hate peppermint so the venti drink I paid for is now going down the drain as I won't drink it. 😒

this is the best starbucks in the fox cities! I have no clue why they only get a 4.2 stars! they easily should get 5 stars! I ordered a venti and it actually came full ALL OTHERS IN THE FOX CITIES ONLY FILL IT HALF WAY IF THAT. I constantly feel ripped off but some is better than none when you're tired. Neenah starbucks you rock!!! ty for giving what i ordered and not half of a Venti !
