“The food was good, but wasn't worth the price. The steaks are overpriced because of the name. I think the worst part is you spend all that money and the only thing you get is a tiny house salad. For the amount of money you spend you should get standard side dishes. Good but grossly overpriced. It's a place you should go to once to say you have gone.“

“The piano entertainment, the classic bar, the soup and salad, the main course, the large list of ice cream drinks. It was just a wonderful experience!“

“After many yrs. , my friend & I thought it was time for a reunion to "catch up". We decided Michiels Bar & Grill would be a perfect place to do that. Upon entering we were greeted warmly by Monty and seated in an area where we could eat lunch & talk undisturbed to our heart's content about the present as well as reminisce about old friends and good times. Our waitress, by the name of Meg, was a joy to talk with. She answered all our questions about items on the menu and, I think, even nodded approval of our choices. My friend said his Walleyed Pike was delicious and my Cajun Fettuccine with Chicken was out of this world good -- THE BEST! Although Meg was busy with other tables, she took time to talk with us and even consented to take a photo. Thanks Meg! I could go on but I'm sure you can tell we were very pleased with our time at Michiels Bar & Grill in Menasha. 5 stars for the delicious food, the great service, & friendly atmosphere.“

“What a treat it was to eat and drink at the Chophouse this past week! The friendly staff catered to our meeds and wants with ease and professionalism. I found the restaurant to be clean and neatly appointed with a wonderful painting of Randall, the Cow, who really added a sense of home for me. The spicy strawberry margaritas were expertly crafted and so tasty, as was the huge pretzel and deep dried olives. If you are visiting the Appleton, WI area, I highly recommend eating at Wissota Chophouse located in the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites near the Appleton airport!“
