I'll start by saying that service has always been on point. We first ate at Wissota in 2021 and were incredibly impressed, especially by the Wagyu.
Our last two visits in the past year have been underwhelming. My steak wasn't seared, and the best part of all our meals were the Truffle Fries. Not horrible, but also not worth the money.

What a treat it was to eat and drink at the Chophouse this past week! The friendly staff catered to our meeds and wants with ease and professionalism. I found the restaurant to be clean and neatly appointed with a wonderful painting of Randall, the Cow, who really added a sense of home for me. The spicy strawberry margaritas were expertly crafted and so tasty, as was the huge pretzel and deep dried olives.
