Great place.

Very pricey and doesn't take cash

I had a work meeting here and it was a nice spot to gather. My mocha was nice and we grabbed a table in the sun to sit and talk. Parking was free, a sweet bonus. Service was great. I win have to try food. I am sure it can be busy with skating. We came in the spring and it was not hectic.

Nice place, try the protein bites…if you get are able to order. Odd service attitude here, I don’t think there has ever been a smile or thank you in my several visits. 3 behind the counter, no other customers and no acknowledgment other than a look. Unfortunately that’s not unique here. Maybe each thought it was the others’ turn to “deal with customers”. Market next door is a great backup if you get the same.

Abysmal customer service! We got a few coffees and the BLT and the mac & cheese. The coffees were mid, the BLT barely had any bacon on it in and the mac & cheese was so small and basic. Also, the prices were high. The worst part is one of the three coffees we ordered did not taste good whatsoever. I politely went to the counter with such respect and kindness just to be met with sassiness from two female employees, along with them, rolling their eyes and treating me like I was stupid. I also sensed attitude from them when originally ordering. I was asking if we could come up with a solution to fix the drink and they kept saying we don’t do that and we will charge you for a brand new drink and then I said is there a solution without charging us for a brand new drink? They went back-and-forth with me for five minutes and then I told them never mind or on vacation from Florida and I expected better customer service and then my husband came up and talked to them for another five minutes and he said any other coffee shop you go to the customer service kindly helps fix the drink for you. And they said that would cost them too much money And then finally, they re-made the drink. Another customer had witnessed this and validated me and said sorry for how they treated me and that she got mean girl vibes from the staff as well!

I have had tea and a smoothie. Both were good prices. I like that you can see the ice rink while inside. You can also stay outside and order from a window. They have Smore trays to bring to the fires outside.

I visited Globe Coffee on a busy Saturday 1/31/26. I always love the atmosphere here. The building and decor are amazing! The sun was pouring in the windows and it was just a warm & inviting experience. The staff were very friendly for the most part and on top of things. Food/drink came out in a timely manner.

I wish I could give my review 5 stars but my latte was lacking BIG time. I ordered a 16 oz. Mocha with an extra shot of espresso. Anyone who drinks mochas knows they are supposed to be chocolate. A Mocha also comes with whipped cream. I don’t think they use a chocolate sauce or a powder but possibly just one of the syrups that ‘chocolate flavored’. Let me just say, it does NOT deliver. It’s definitely the worst mocha I’ve ever had. I was with 4 other women and none of us were impressed with our quality of drinks. I really feel they need to take their coffee/latte making to another level to match the amazing atmosphere with the building and ice rink.

I never like to be a downer but maybe the manager needs to go sample Caribou Coffee’s mocha & lattes. They do their drinks AMAZINGLY well.

It was the best outing for my son's birthday. So special. So family friendly and such a beautiful facility! We couldn't believe it. We loved the outdoor fire pits and the coffee house. Everything about this place was so cute and well-kept. Skate rentals were affordable and so fun!

My sandwich was sour, took it back after one bite, the employee, I think manager, just stared at me. Did not apologize or offer to correct it. I then said I'd take a soup instead, much less expensive, she never offered a refund of difference or any compensation. Upon reviewing my bill charges i was charged $1.00 for veggies and .85 for ranch but never told me these are extras charges when ordering. This place is cozy. Coffee was good but $3.00 a cup no refills. My friend was served her replacement Mac n cheese in a paper bowl when everyone else had china. I am disappointed in the lack of concern from the employees.

Some of the best ambiance around, especially in the winter. It can get a little crowded sometimes.

Hung out here last night around 5:45-6 for hot cocoa and Christmas cookies around the fire pit. Cashier at the front was very…. dull? Not friendly, and she was distracted during the transaction. It was an odd vibe.

Hot cocoa was watery and the Christmas cookies were bland, and I’m not sure they were fully cooked. I guess I can’t expect much for a $4 but still. Atmosphere is cozy though. You’re probably better off getting snacks and cocoa down the street at urban market or the chocolate shop.

Our family has stopped here during the mannequin night at Christmas time for hot chocolate many times but lately we’ve stopped n a Saturday morning. They have so many coffee, lattes and smoothie choices! The energy bites are unique and so many other yummy options in the case. The have solid breakfast and lunch sandwiches too. They have games you can play inside and fire pits outside. You can even walk up to the outside window and order which is handy if you have you dog with you. The staff is friendly, helpful and upbeat. I highly recommend Globe Coffee and we will be back :)
