What a treat it was to eat and drink at the Chophouse this past week! The friendly staff catered to our meeds and wants with ease and professionalism. I found the restaurant to be clean and neatly appointed with a wonderful painting of Randall, the Cow, who really added a sense of home for me. Just absolutely delicious! WOW, just wow! It began with incredible and attentive service from "Owen D"-who is being transferred to another Wissota Chophouse. The food was delicious, that if it was polite to lick the dish clean, I would have. We had the charcuterie board, which was plenty for two. When we arrived for our 5:30 reservation we were the only table in the dining room, yet it took 10 minutes until our server came to our table. My wife had the caprese salad, which was good. I had the lobster bisque, which wasn't very flavorful. In fact, I couldn't detect any lobster. My wife had the small filet. The flavor was good, but it was overdone a bit.
