If you’re looking for an A&W to stop at on the road, choose another one. The A/C doesn’t work and the sizes they give you for drinks and floats is much smaller than other places. I don’t understand how the drink got downsized here.

The place was slower than molasses in winter. Had three cars waiting for their orders We didn't even stick around It would've taken too long

It honestly amazes me how this location can be a decent amount more than the Spencer, WI location typically we go there as it’s closer but every Friday we have to come to neillsville and this is the second time now it’s been disappointing. The last two times now I have gotten fries and they have had no salt and just tasted like a dirty shoe. I’m writing this review now after maybe eating two or 3 fries and having to waste the rest because of how bad they tasted. Very disappointing because I love a&w fries & the meal ain’t cheap. Burgers were alright other than the fact some how some lettuce got on the burgers which is quite weird as the burgers don’t have lettuce on them to begin with. Weill definitely be choosing to order Pizza Hut ahead of time or going to Kwik trip to not have to go here anymore.

March 28th 2025 7:30pm Cashier was rude for no reason get it was a Friday night and was busy i had online order so I went in after I was acknowledged I let them know if had online she snipped back i said one moment. After a few I get my food and asked to see my information even carded me, said we are required to card a doordashers, funniest thing I ever heard since I provided the name on ticket and was there week before and wasn't asked for ID I believe she was just being rude. Not exited to go back 😒 food was good

Good food as per usual that I get. But some one needs to make up there mind. I order the same meal every time and when the male person is working I only get one sauce with my meal. Everyone else in the establishment gives me 2, but when asked. I am supposed to pay and extra fee for a sauce. And in the same instance, the prices sure do get jacked up beyond comparison. I can go to the restaurant down the road and get a full meal for 10.75. Unlike the 18

Horrible!! I ordered 2 Spicy papa burgers. Trusted my ordered was right got home and not even close to what I ordered. Corn dog eals vs 2 burger meals?!
