Always satisfied with an amazing A&W burger. While it takes a little longer than other chain fast food restaurants, it's always worth it. I got the double bacon deluxe burger and my SO got the Papa burger.

Food was absolutely great. Service was perfect. Very nice staff. Slight wait on food. But good food can't be rushed. We waited maybe 4 min. Places like this are disappearing. Glad to see this one around.

We just had some ice cream and a root beer float. There were a couple families here having a good time. The lady behind the counter was really sweet and helpful. They are short handed but service was fine.

We ordered 2 Double Papa burger combos. The lady at the drive through asked us to park in one of the spaces on the left to wait for our food. After waiting 20 minutes, I walked to check on our order. Imagine my surprise when the lady said have you been outside waiting? I said yes. I asked if our order was ready? She said it just came up. Your order got bumped so we didn't see it. She asked if our burgers were without tomato/lettuce? I said yes for the one order. I said, let me guess, the order is not right. She said no it's not. I told her I wanted a refund. The man running the inside cash register gave someone a refund. The last 4 digits on the refund receipt did not include even 1 of the digits from our debit card. Luckily, my wife compared the receipts before we left town. I went back in the store for a third time, showed the receipts to the man at the cash register. He said I'm confused. I said I 'm confused too! I asked to see the owner. He told me there had been new owners for about 1 1/2 years. I told him I wanted a cash refund which he gave me. We wasted 45 minutes of our evening, and we got was 2 root beers and very frustrated! We will not be going back. Thank you for taking the time to read a very lengthy, and negative review!

So as ever took 10 min to order thru drive thru then sat another 10 min in drive thru before deciding to go in to get a gallon of root beer. And then had to wait 10 min inside to get the gallon of root beer. And then once in car saw that it wasn't even a full gallon but on 3/4 full and cost me $9 and some change.
If you’re looking for an A&W to stop at on the road, choose another one. The A/C doesn’t work and the sizes they give you for drinks and floats is much smaller than other places. I don’t understand how the drink got downsized here.
