They have amazing deals and brosted chicken wings on mondays. Jesse and Jamie are great bartenders. They pay attention to to the small details and have great sense of humor. Plus the customers are really nice. They have the best mashed potatoes and gravy around. We go as often as we can because of the food, atmosphere and great service.
I visited Friar Tuck's this week and was in the mood for chicken. I ordered the 1/2 breasted chicken with baked potato and cole slaw. When the chicken was served, I immediately noticed the very light tan color of the outside coating. The breast was big but the coating was not crisp at all (for being broasted) and was very dry as well as it had absolutely no seasoning applied to the batter.
