my last two visits have been incredibly disappointing...the 2/$6 meal deal sounds good until you get the food...cold, and I mean cold chicken, cold roast beef...service was poor and very indifferent. I used to stop by once a week...the past few months have been really poor experiences
Since the Muskego location closed last year I've been going to the New Arby's. The past few times that I've ordered side salads, the lettuce is either brown and the shredded cheese is mushy as if it was sitting over the weekend. I bought 3 side salads today. 2 had tags on the bottom with Wednesday crossed out. I'm assuming they're good to sell till Wednesday. The one I'm eating now, has no tag...is it possible the tag was removed because it's "old"??? I know you don't specialize...read full review
Horrible service! Waited 10 min in line before being waited on and then wasn't even acknowledged with a hello. Order was inaccurate and I was faulted for it. When I asked for my order to be completed, I was ganged up by all 3 workers behind the counter. Rude staff!
