I went through the drive-thru at Caribou Coffee and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and upbeat, and my order was ready quickly. Prices felt very reasonable, and the coffee was absolutely delicious—smooth, rich, and just what I needed to start my day. It’s nice to find a place where the service makes you smile before you even take the first sip. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went the other day and I was in a terrible mood. After I ordered, the staff was so friendly, I drove out of there smiling. That is good customer service! Overall love Caribou too, if I need to go to a chain coffee shop, they are my pick over others.

We don't have a Caribou Coffee by where we live, so we always make it a point to stop by one when we find one! Yisreal made this the best experience we have had so far at a Caribou!
