My order was correct on the drive thru screen at the New Berlin Culver’s location. The order brought to my vehicle was incorrect. Upon speaking to the manager “Trinity”, she stated there is nothing she could do and told to me to reorder. Trinity was not pleasant to speak with and was annoyed she was being bothered. The high school aged children were more professional than Trinity, the on duty manager.
