The staff, including Chris and Christian, are kind and make great recommendations, even going the extra mile to give dogs a ‘pup cup’ with meatballs. The restaurant is clean and has a variety of sandwich options, including the delicious brisket and the always satisfying Hook and Ladder. Despite being busy, the employees work hard and maintain a positive attitude. Customers love the friendly service and great subs, with many saying their entire family enjoyed the experience. While not always the fastest, the quality of the subs, chips, soup, chili, and mac & cheese makes it worth the wait.
