One of our favorite metro Milwaukee area restaurants. Dined here many times, and they rarely miss the mark. Portions are moderate in size as are the prices. Chef/owner is a restaurant culinary arts instructor at the local tech college. He tends to hire from his student body. Place is small in size so owner has good control over the operation. Amazing food and wine, recommend with reservations. Wait person needs to explain dishes and recommend wines. Would have ordered more with a wine pairing and dessert menu. Prix fixe menu would have been best with seasonal offerings.
