One star, the last two times I ordered here for delivery have been wrong. Most recently they forgot the burger part of the sandwich, really unsure how that happens. Additionally wanted no mayo on a mcchicken, came with mayo. Special ticket was on the wrapper. Time before this items were not in the sealed bag. Would just like this review to land somewhere with some eyes on it to drive improvement. It's unfortunate that my kids love the French fries and nuggets, and this location is so close to home for us, otherwise I likely would not come back. Tried to call the store directly and got the full ring but no answer, when to voicemail. Will give some stars back for a company response.

Went through the drive through, got a quick breakfast, I got the egg mcmuffin with sausage & cheese, breakfast meal.

When we sat on a soft bench it was really hard I expected it to be soft so I hurt my butt LOL.

Ordered 3 meals tonight and got only 2 of them, but 3 drinks. didn’t think to check the order since all the drinks got handed to me… called for a refund and go no answer. very disappointed.

Slowest drive-thru in the known universe.
The (not racist) white kids were laughing the whole time they were making orders and it wasn’t a problem. Well, until they called my order number with an obvious nasal sound like a mock. They looked at me and I when I looked back they had mockery on their faces and laughed harder. This was October 25th 2025 at 4:20-ish. Your staff needs to be trained quite a bit. At least so not to laugh at customers for no mere reason. If there was something funny, then sure. But there obviously wasn’t. PS. Same day. Just tried the fries over fried and tasted sour.

Drive thru was so fast it was scary. I was through there in under 60 seconds I bet. Order was 💯 correct. Staff was very friendly.

No air conditioning and felt ill after eating there. When told he had 38 other McDonald restaurants, that is no excuse to not have air conditioning on low. Has fans, not good enough. It was like the drive thru was more important. Will have to go elsewhere for breakfast to enjoy breakfast.

Rushing in the drive thru, barely could grab my sodas before they shut the window. Told to park for 2 double cheeseburgers. Came at 2:20pm on a Saturday. Horrible service here

The employees here deserve a raise. When I came in the girl working in the front was super nice and seemed super optimistic. Although this is true, the manager named Mason was nothing alike. The whole time he was there, he did not help out and was on his phone. He seems careless and lazy, not having a care in the world for both his employees and customers.

Really disappointed in the customer service here. Ordered breakfast and went to pick it up all before 10:30 (when breakfast ends). We told them our code the first time we went through the line and said we were good to go. Then we got to the window and the girl working told us our order wasn’t in the system. She then told us to pull back around. After waiting in line a second time, the man told us we were “late” and there was nothing they could do now that breakfast is over. Of course it was over because we had to wait 10 more minutes in line the second time. They offered no solutions to a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place.
