Go there a lot and service has tanked. Today I tried to get one of the new Frappuccino’s and what I got was made incorrectly, so messy they had to put another cup under it which also was sticky and messy. When I asked about it being made wrong and melted the woman in drive through didn’t care AT ALL. Threw it out it was so messy, melted, and disgusting.

The Starbucks Coffee Company has exceptional customer service. The staff are friendly, greeting every guest and chatting with regulars. They are very kind and show love to customers' dogs, like Luna. The staff even know some customers' orders by heart. The drinks are always right on point, including the citrus tea. The staff write cute messages on cups, making customers' days better. The location is easily accessible, but the parking lot is tight. The line may be long, but it moves quickly, with wait times of no more than 5 minutes. The staff are personable and have bubbly personalities, making the experience wonderful. Overall, this Starbucks location is highly recommended for its wonderful team and great drinks.
