It's loud, which is my only complaint. The steaks are always a perfect medium and the price is pretty unbeatable. The servers are always on point. We love going there.

Had a great meal at the Texas Road House. Our steaks were grilled just right. Our server, Xavier, was just super! He took excellent care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals.

We waited over 25 mins for food, had to ask twice for rolls. Dishes left on table between course unless we asked for them to take them. Baked potato was cold, the butter and cheese sat on top and didn’t melt. Asked for a hot one it came a bit warmer. I don’t think that was butter. It was tasteless and never melted. Burger kids meal were burnt golf balls on burned rolls. Never offered refills on drinks. Mac n cheese tasted off.
I had a coupon the server took my phone to go somewhere to scan it in??? The manager went to retrieve it.
Horrible experience. We weren’t the only ones. Heard other patrons as we were walking out asking if they were going to get service.
I would never return to the New Berlin location. Terrible food and service.

Great place, but do skip the fat pieces on the steaks, they tend to be extremely salty.
Hostess service great. Waitress service perfect. Food for the most part was very good. Husband loved the baked sweet potato and chicken critters. I got a double side salad as my two sides with my sirloin steak and it was very generous and tasty. The sirloin steak however was not good. I ordered it cooked medium and got it done. It was too dry to finish so I took it home to the dog. I didn't send it back because I didn't want the wait. It was starting to get busy and the Packer game was on. My husband could see right in the grill area where the guy was grilling the steaks, and he was playing on his phone and not paying attention to the grill. He was wearing gloves, but everyone knows phones can be very germy. Phones should not be allowed by food handlers. The manager stopped by to check in and she did see the overcooked steak and adjusted the bill without being asked. We enjoy this TRH and will continue going there, but I think in the future I'll stick with the critters.

The food is always spot on! Service is impeccable and I always appreciate that. Nothing tastes better than immediate warm rolls with cinnamon butter. The steak is always delicious. Loving the peanuts in a bag gig these days. Nice job Texas Roadhouse. (If looking for cozy, try a different chain as this place is moving!)
