Ashley H was an absolute rockstar! Super friendly, on point with everything, and made the whole ribeye experience even better. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have her she crushed it!

I ate at the bar as I was by myself. The service was great. My food was delivered by the manager who introduced himself. The food was delivered quickly as ordered. The ribeye was a perfect medium rare. Fun atmosphere as always at TR.

The staff was very nice. Mateo was our waiter. He was excellent. We went to the Kenosha Wisconsin restaurant. The food….filet, mashed potatoes and huge Cesar salad.

Worst service ever! We waited more than 20 minutes to be attended, we didn’t get the peanuts, we asked for more bread and it was raw. We asked for the BBQ sauce on the side for the chicken and it didn’t come on the side. I ordered my steak medium and it came well done.

The gluten free options are great! I had the herb crusted chicken with veggies and sweet potato. So good can’t wait to go back. We sat at the bar faster and better service in my opinion. The picture was taken after a few bites I got excited and forgot to take it right away.

This is for the New Berlin, Wisconsin location. Is there a restaurant policy that early guests must be seated right by the kitchen door?? My relative and I went weekly 3 weeks in a row between 3 and 3:30 pm and each time we were taken to a booth right by the kitchen entrance. When we asked to be seated somewhere else, the person seating us became confused BUT we were eventually seated away from the kitchen. Today the person seating us refused to let us sit away from the kitchen even though the place was 80 percent empty at 3:15 pm (15 minutes -
after opening). When I complained to the hostess she said if we wanted to sit at another table we would have to wait until the server for that area showed up for work. I asked what if we just sat at a table on our own, would we be refused service?? The answer was maybe. Maybe?? We then waited for a few minutes thinking we would be seated at another table. When that didn’t happen, we just left. We ended up going to George Webbs. They let us sit where ever we wanted. I have eaten in restaurants for decades but this is the first time I was denied a request to sit at another table besides the one right next to the kitchen entrance. Then told I might be refused service for sitting at another table. I have no complaints about the food or even service after we were seated the prior weeks. We liked the food, that’s why we came back. Why is it a battle to just get a table away from the kitchen in an almost empty restaurant?? Is it the extra steps someone might have to take?? Does each server have their own territory even when they are not on the job?? What?? Please post a sign “Guests are required to sit by the kitchen entrance even if they don’t want to and other tables are available. No exceptions.”

I visited this restaurant about 5 or 6 years ago, and the experience still bothers me. I have a medical condition that makes it hard to eat full size meals, so I politely asked to order from the kids’ menu. When the waitress said no, I calmly explained my situation to the manager — who very rudely said “absolutely not” without any willingness to accommodate.

What makes it even more disappointing is that I grew up going to this place and have celebrated multiple birthdays here. It was a place that felt special — until I was made to feel unwelcome for something out of my control.

I understand policies exist, but kindness and flexibility matter. Because of how I was treated, I’ve never returned — and never will.

Service was top notch. I know this changes depending on who you have, but our server Niko was awesome. Friendly and smart. The food came quickly and was well cooked. Overall it was a good experience.
