About Caribou Coffee

Caribou Coffee, a popular chain, consistently impresses customers with its friendly staff and delicious coffee. Reviewers describe the service as "super friendly and upbeat," with employees who make customers feel "welcome" and "smiling" even on a bad day. The coffee itself is praised as "smooth, rich, and just what I needed to start my day." While the drive-thru can occasionally present communication challenges, the overall experience is highly positive, leading one customer to declare Caribou Coffee as their "pick over others" when visiting a chain coffee shop.
