Worst customer service experience. They put Culver’s (which is usually a great restaurant) to shame. Everybody that ordered after us got their ice cream before us. It took over 15 minutes to get it.

I've lived just around the corner for 28 years. I go back there because they are unfortunately, the only game in town. I have always ordered the same thing, a double deluxe basket and a double cheeseburger with the works. It amazes me that they keep finding new ways to screw up that order. This time the buns and the fries were stale also. I've been to dozens of Culver's around the Midwest and this one is without a doubt absolutely the worst Culver's I have ever been to.

Went here Sunday with my family and it was super busy. I could tell the crew was swamped but our food came out as delicious as ever! Was a bit hard to find a clean table unfortunately.

Very quick service and food was fresh and delicious.
I gave this place so much credit and grace with the fact that they were slammed and short staffed, but when you begin to make other peoples ice cream orders while others are CLEARLY waiting for theirs in front of you, there is something wrong with that. We waited for over 20 minutes for ice cream while other people walked right up and ordered ice cream and were served right away. We were ignored numerous times until we finally got angry. Again, I get being busy and frazzled, but this was just beyond rude.

Sadly, the last few times we were there, it was very dirty. Not even a single table was clean and the floors were very sticky. The Ketchup dispenser is full of dust... And I could go on... I hope things change soon as this location serves New Glarus, Belleville and other surrounding towns.

Halfway from Freeport, we met up with our daughter from Madison. I had the Pub Burger basket and enjoyed it! The girls ate fish.
