We have had the best experiences every time we have gone to the New Glarus location. Not only has the food been phenomenal, the staff has been tremendously nice and has gone out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of. Well done!!
We got overcharged on a carry out credit card transaction. Someone gave themselves a 36% tip. My husband went in person twice. He was first told to come back another day. He did so and was told it would be reimbursed within 2 days. It never was so I called. When I called, I was told the owner was "doing a bunch of them today" but it's been almost a week and still nothing. After 3 attempts, I am letting it go but feel the experience and lack of follow through is worth sharing.

The pizza here is consistently praised, with the house blend cheese and various crust options being a favorite among customers. However, the indoor seating can be noisy at times, with some guests preferring to dine in the nice outdoor space when weather permits.
