Original Nut Horn Half Dozen)
Half a dozen of our most popular swiss pastries. Our original nut horns are hand-rolled, individually with love. They are a flaky pastry made with cream cheese in the dough and loaded with a ground walnut filling. This popular swiss pastry has been a favorite of our customers for more than 20 years.
Hand-Crafted Mug
Each​ mug is hand-spun by Deneen pottery just like each of our products is hand-made from signature recipes. Each mug comes with our beautifully engraved logo.
Apple Bread
Apples​ and cinnamon swirled in soft white bread topped with homemade icing. Makes great french toast.
Cheezy Baked Potato Bread
Our soft white potato bread paired with fresh chives from the garden and lots of medium cheddar cheese. Net weight, 1lb 4 oz.
Farmers Rye
A hearty thick-crusted medium rye bread with a bit of sourdough.
Pumpernickel
A light rye bread with molasses. Great with butter or your favorite cream cheese spread.
Potato Bread
A very light, soft bread made with potato flour and dusted with white rye flour. Net weight, 1 lb.

Turtles in a Tin
Chocolate, pecan, and caramel heaven. We roast and butter our own pecans here at the bakery before we smother them with chocolate and caramel to produce some of the best turtles you will ever eat! Hand-dipped, so no two are alike shipped in our attractive, custom-made new Glarus bakery tin. One pound of turtles per tin.

New Glarus Stollen (Single)
Our new Glarus stollen is a beautiful tradition of incredible taste. We choose to make our stollen with only the finest ingredients: almonds, butter, marzipan, imported spice, Myers rum, and two kinds of raisins. No candied fruit and no corn syrup. Each loaf of this dense, fragrant yeast bread is formed by hand in the traditional way, with a roll of marzipan down the center. New Glarus stollen makes a wonderful old-world addition to all your festivities.
Morning Buns
Our personal indulgence for a morning breakfast. Six of these oversized rolls are made with our gipfel (croissant) dough and then rolled up with a layer of cinnamon inside with gooey cinnamon and brown sugar glaze and dusted with more cinnamon and sugar.
Hot Cross Buns
Secret spices, currants, and candied cherries blended into our traditional sweet dough. Top with our homemade rolled icing in the form of a cross or any way you like it. Celebrate the season with this almighty treat or share with a friend.
Bavarian Rye
A hearty thick-crusted medium rye bread with a bit of sourdough. Raised in a basket and dusted with white rye for its decorative style.
Egg Braid
This bread is made with lightly sweetened bread dough and finished off with our baker's signature twist.
Birnbrot and Pear Bread
A very traditional swiss pear bread, made with many spices, dried pears, and dried apples, all tucked inside a beautiful and tasteful wrapping dough.

Six Grain
This​ hearty loaf has six different grains: wheat, rye, oat, barley, corn, flaxseed, sesame seed, and millet. Makes a great toasting bread or a lunch date with soup.

Rum Balls
Hand-dipped with a soft center of our chocolate concoction made with Dark Meyers rum. The delightful flavor of Chocolate and Rum, what could be better. We hand-scoop each of the soft centers, dip in our Semper chocolate, dress in chocolate jimmies, and then dust with powdered sugar.

During the holidays you'll enjoy the wonderful old-world flavors of our ethnic cookie assortment which includes Anise Springerle, Brazil, Basil Leckerli, and Pfeffernusse.
Butter Stars (One Pound)
A favorite cookie for more generations than we can count. These light cookies are iced with our homemade rolled icing and topped with sprinkles of the season.
Anise Springerli
A traditional German cookie with a black licorice flavor from the ground anise seed. This light and the delicate cookie are created from hand-pressed molds, then cut into tiny portraits. Available year-round.
Basle Leckerli
A spiced cookie in a bar form. Made with a special blend of Swiss spices, kirsch liqueur, and almonds. Topped with a thin layer of creamy white chocolate.

Many bakeries today buy a pre-made facsimile that doesn't even come close to the real deal. One taste of these almond horns, and you will know what were talking about.

Small shop but everything is great! They use a lotta butter (take the Lactaid!), but it's SO good. Things that look soft might have a delicate crunch to bite through, they have delicate Euopean flavors (anise, peach, ginger), and the Pfeffernüsse is amazing (looks dense but is soft). The donut is a square denser wheat donut: it has a hearty chew-ability. My cousin loves the pumpernickel raisin bread - I send it to Oklahoma for her!

Cute little bakery in downtown area. Prices were very reasonable. The cherry pastry left a greasy film on the roof of my mouth. Not sure what ingredient (shortening?) caused this but it was still very tasty. Good service.

I can’t say enough great! This is my favorite bakery and worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for me! I am grateful to the owner, staff and bakers. It is such a joy to get REAL bakery treats, not from some big box store. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!

Brownies are so unusual and THE BEST IN THE WORLD! But, everything is the best!
