We have had the best experiences every time we have gone to the New Glarus location. Not only has the food been phenomenal, the staff has been tremendously nice and has gone out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of. Well done!!
We got overcharged on a carry out credit card transaction. Someone gave themselves a 36% tip. My husband went in person twice. He was first told to come back another day. He did so and was told it would be reimbursed within 2 days. It never was so I called. When I called, I was told the owner was "doing a bunch of them today" but it's been almost a week and still nothing. This place was fantastic. What made it a greater experience was our amazing waitress Sierra. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The two pizzas the 4 of us shared on 9/06 along with apps were great. The apps were a little over the top with breading but the pizzas were definitely made by someone that knew what they were doing. Great pesto margarita pizza!!!
