Really good

Our waitress forgot about us. She got us our drinks and then disappeared. When we finally saw her again after half an hour, she looked over and did a double-take, so it was pretty obvious she was just realizing she had forgotten about us. She said she would go ask about it, and didn't come back. I saw people who came after us getting their food (different waitress). After being there an hour, I went searching for her, and eventually found her. I asked if I could pay for my drinks (which had been empty for a while) and leave. She told me the food was in the grill, and would be ready in 5 minutes. She said it was busy, but that didn't explain the people with a different waitress getting their food. 9 minutes later (about the time it would have taken to cook my burger), my food arrived. It wasn't impressive, just average. I had to specifically ask for refills at that point, since she didn't seem to think that empty glasses warranted her attention. Then I had to stand by the register while my waitress tried to pretend I wasn't there for a few minutes to pay so I could finally leave. It was a terrible experience that I don't plan to repeat by going back. I always try to tip 20-25%, but this time I didn't tip at all. I've never done that before, because I've never had such terrible service before.

Little known secret is that Bean City has a truck serving best-ever burgers at the corner of Hwys 76 & 96. You won’t find better food.

Service was fine. The atmosphere was amazing! Cute backyard with hammocks and tables and gravity swings. The food choices were super great! Some regular choices but some absolutely delicious alternative options! The blueberry burger was SCRUMPTIOUS! I will be coming back every time I am in the area!

Waitress was very slow, not busy when we got there, food was good service could have been faster given the amount of people there. Good music on the jukebox!

Was excited to try this place! Had heard great things. Sat down at bar, 13 minutes later, still no service, no recognition of hey I will get to you. Just wait a minute. Walked by me multiple times, walking all around the restaurant getting regulars their beers and getting people shots. Very disappointed in the lack of service and sad to say that I had to finally just walk out.

We drove from Menasha to Bean City after hearing about the food truck in Greenville. The drive was worth it!! The food was great and the patio area was very cozy and inviting with different ways to relax including a fire pit with swings. This is a great little place, great food and a lovely staff. We met the GM and he was super nice!! Will be back again for sure.

I was there over the weekend and while people were friendly the food service was not good. I think they were understaffed because I only saw one server, but we asked for a few more minutes to make up our mind and the server never came back. We ended up writing our order down and teaching her down and handing it to her. Someone immediately came and told us they were out of one the sides so that got fixed, but then we waited close to an hour for someone else to come out and ask for a different type of cheese because they were out of Swiss. After that it was another half hour for our food and some of the little things were missed ( wanting grilled chicken and receiving crispy, wanting sauce on the side and receiving it on the burger, extra condiments missing, etc). All in all... I'll come back for the drinks but probably not the food.

Went to Bean City for the first time last week with my boyfriend and it was definitely worth the little drive! We cut it kinda close to close but the guys were amazing about it and still served awesome burgers! The amount of fries my boyfriend got was crazy too! They have a couple tables to sit at too since it’s outside dining. Definitely going back again!

Was there for a graduation party. Great place! Very relaxing outdoor area.

2025-05-24 Stopped in wife had a burger and I had the Walley. Worst Walley ever. Tasted fishy, over cooked. No butter for the rye bread. Ate a lot of burgers and chicken in the past here, which were excellent. Will have to think twice before returning. I could not eat the Walley and when asked I informed the bartender. Was just no respond from her. Not once did anyone come out and ask how the food was! Don't know why I even left a tip! Ate at the bar.
