Took a little over 2 hrs to get the food delivered. It was warm and tasted fine, but 2 hrs is a long time. So I got an email saying I get 60 free points (enough for a medium pizza) for the inconvenience. Their generous offer only lasts for 7 days. A few days later, I made an account and tried to redeem my free pizza, only to find out that it takes 48 hrs for points to load onto my account. What a joke. The apology pizza is just as inconvenient as the original order.
My Mac and cheese was made perfect! The manager made me feel welcome and was friendly! The staff all seemed to know exactly what they were doing and were efficient. Never have a complaint 10/10 would recommend
The only thing I'm annoyed about was being told we can't park in a spot with a dominos sign saying customers only parking because we were told it was for a delivery driver. The sign doesn't say that it says customer parking. Yes it's a small thing but that felt unnecessary for them to say anything about it when we were just there for pickup. Regardless...
