The pizza is awesome. Very generous with the toppings. Love that I can get Sundrop in a glass bottle. Good place to take the family.

Only one waitress was working. Took an order wrong, promised a free appetizer that we never got, never brought ketchup or napkins we asked for. We all had burgers and the food was delicious, but they need to hire more help.

Was going to go out for Mexican but they were busy and no room for a big group of 12. We were able to go into Jolly Rogers and we was just a little and we were able to sit down as a group of 12. Even being a big group service was awesome

Solid restaurant! My personal favorite is the Mac & Cheese pizza. I would highly recommend stopping in!

First time actually inside and the staff and guests were all very friendly! I have had their frozen pizza's and love them. We celebrated a co-workers birthday that night, plenty of room inside! Our waitress was AWESOME!!!! They were so accommodating with the Birthday as well! Thank you staff for an amazing night !

Good food good prices.. but website says that they deliver to Royalton, when I called to order for delivery they said they wouldn't.... So I decided to pick it up . I show up at the time given and still had to wait 15mins.

I wasn’t going to do a review but the more I think about it the more it irritates me. A couple months back I called and asked to speak to Bob or Shelly. I heard Shelly in the background telling the girl that answered the phone to tell me that she is out of the building and doesn’t know when she’s gonna return. I wasn’t calling to complain about anything I wanted to try to arrange a catered meal for my father’s funeral since there isn’t much in New London. This made me lose respect for JRP. Not sure if I will ever go back after that experience. She could have at least answered the phone and I would have been ok with it if she would have said no but to out and out lie about being there is unacceptable. I know it was her because she has a very distinct voice. How sad!!!

I ordered on Saturday just before the Packer/Bear playoff game. My order was to be ready at about 7pm. When my son and I arrived we were greeted by a young lady. She went to find our slip. We paid, she went to grab our order. She came back looking a little nervous. She said I am so sorry there was a mix up in the kitchen. Your order is going to be another 10 minutes. I responded, that is fine we will just pull up a seat. A look of relief she said thank you so much for understanding and being patient. We are all humans and mistakes happen. This young lady was probably scared to death that I was going to flip out. Yet I remained calm and waited. She smiled and went on with her business. As soon as our order was ready she handed it to us and thanked us! Our food was delicious!! Thank you young lady!!

This pizza is great! Good prices, good portions, great tasting. These guys are going pizza right on New London. Plus they deliver to the hotels if you're visiting.
